Job summary

Raba Kistner in College Station, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support the Project Control team in planning, administration, and construction management of buildings, infrastructure, and facilities.

You will assist the Program Manager/Director, develop client/owner relationships, manage meetings, minutes, and action items, and monitor scope, schedule, budget, and quality to meet objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management highly preferred.
• 5-10 years’ experience in construction management, PMP, and PM software certifications and training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager/Director to extend owners' capabilities in project organization and design/construction management.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules to meet objectives.
• Coordinate design activities and manage meetings, minutes, and action items.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and quality; provide timely reports to stakeholders.
• Assist with risk management, contracts, and supplier evaluations.
• Support business development activities as required.
