Job summary

Project Control, a subsidiary of Raba Kistner, is seeking a Project Manager in College Station, TX to lead project control efforts for buildings, infrastructure, and facilities from initiation to turnover.

You will support the Program Manager/Director, develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and quality plans, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and documentation. Experience in construction management and proficiency with MS Office are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management highly preferred.
• 5-10 years’ experience in construction management, PMP, and PM software certifications and training are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager/Director in project organization, planning, programming, and design/construction management.
• Develop and maintain project management plans, schedules, and client communications.
• Prepare monthly reports and detailed meeting minutes; track action items to completion.
• Review drawings, RFIs, change orders, submittals, and cost reports with the team.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget, and quality for variance and corrective actions.
