Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager II or 10+ years of construction management experience.
• Extensive experience in semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or healthcare construction environments.
• Strong understanding of cost control, estimating, and project financials.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through turnover.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling (CPM), subcontractor management, and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
