Job summary

Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) in Bridgeville, PA, seeks a COT PM to supervise Construction Field Technicians, conduct critical observations, and oversee soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and structural steel testing on site.

You will compile detailed reports and coordinate with clients, PMs, and subcontractors to meet project requirements. This role offers opportunities to lead in a dynamic environment at GTA.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Construction Observation & Testing (COT) experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus.
• WACEL, NICET, ICC, or ACI certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and internet-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Construction Field Technicians in the field and conduct COT observations and testing.
• Compile comprehensive reports and oversee field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and structural steel.
• Coordinate personnel and equipment while liaising with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and management entities.
