Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking a Construction Observation & Testing (COT) Project Manager to join our team in Bridgeville, PA.

The role involves supervising Construction Field Technicians, performing critical observations and testing for Special Inspections during site work and building construction. You will compile detailed reports and oversee field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and structural steel.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Construction Observation & Testing (COT) experience.
• WACEL, NICET, ICC, or ACI certifications are a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with internet-based tools.
• Ability to coordinate projects with clients, subcontractors, and management.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervision of Construction Field Technicians in the field.
• Conduct observations and testing for Special Inspections during site work.
• Compile comprehensive inspection and test reports.
• Oversee field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and structural steel.
