Job summary

Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is seeking a Construction Observation & Testing (COT) Project Manager to join our Bridgeville, PA team.

You will supervise Construction Field Technicians, perform critical observations and testing for Special Inspections, and oversee reporting and field/lab testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and structural steel. You will coordinate personnel and equipment, liaise with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and management to address

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Construction Observation & Testing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus.
• WACEL, NICET, ICC, or ACI certification is a plus.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet-based tools.
• Ability to coordinate projects with clients, subcontractors, and management entities.
• Good driving record, valid driver's license, and access to a personal vehicle.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Construction Field Technicians in the field.
• Conduct observations and testing related to Special Inspections during site work and building construction.
• Compile comprehensive reports and oversee field and laboratory testing of soils, concrete, asphalt, aggregates, and structural steel.
• Coordinate personnel and equipment while liaising with clients, project managers, subcontractors, and management entities.
• Address challenges to ensure project requirements are fulfilled.
