Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) in Laurel, MD is seeking a driven Construction Observation and Testing Assistant Project Manager (COT APM) to oversee Construction Field Technicians, perform critical observations and testing for special inspections, and prepare final reports.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, coordinate personnel and equipment, and liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of COT experience required.
• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field is a plus, but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate projects and teams effectively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Construction Field Technicians in the field.
• Conduct observations and testing for special inspections.
• Prepare final reports for site work and building construction.
• Coordinate personnel and equipment with Project Managers.
