Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction and repair experience, especially crawl space repairs.
• Experience with structural repair (sills, girders, joists, subfloors, piers) and moisture remediation.

Responsibilities

• Lead a two- or three-person crew to complete repairs.
• Troubleshoot issues and communicate changes to Operations Manager.
• Manage jobsite workflow, quality, timeliness, materials purchasing, and customer communications.
• Oversee on-site tools and plan ahead to minimize supply trips.
• Follow management instructions and report daily job status and inventory needs.
• Schedule maintenance for tools, equipment, and vehicles.
