Job summary

Attic Projects LLC is hiring a crew lead to manage attic and crawl space restoration projects, lead crews, and serve as the main client contact. You will oversee timelines, safety, and quality while mentoring team members and ensuring satisfaction.

This is a full-time, on-site role in a dynamic, growth-focused company. The position requires leadership experience, skilled trades background, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in attic and crawl space restoration, rodent proofing, insulation installation.
• At least 5 years in skilled trades (plumbing, carpentry, or electrical) with proven project management.
• 2+ years in a leadership role supervising a small team.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record within 7 years.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
• Train/mentor crew on installation techniques and proper material handling.
• Manage assets for daily projects: personnel, material, tools and equipment.
• Communicate job progress, material requirements, and issues at the site.
• Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
• Resolve minor conflicts among crew members professionally.
• Oversee loading/unloading of materials and equipment.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients during execution.
• Manage project paperwork for accurate material usage and labor allocation.
• Get job completion paperwork signed and verify payment amount.
