Job summary

The Construction Manager role oversees vertical construction with subcontractors and vendors across multiple projects. You will coordinate inspections, manage schedules, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery while ensuring safety and quality standards.

This position reports to the Area Construction Manager and collaborates with the project team. Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture and at least 3 years of experience in high-volume homebuilding, plus strong

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing high-volume single-family homebuilding construction.
Ability to communicate well in English both written and verbally.
Experience with scheduling and coordinating subcontractors and inspectors.

Responsibilities

Supervises, schedules, and directs vertical construction subcontractors and vendors.
Develops relationships with building officials and schedules all inspections.
Reviews progress payments and ensures timely billing.
Maintains project schedules and ensures on-time project delivery.
Mentors Field Managers and participates in safety meetings.
