Job summary

MCRT is seeking a Construction Manager to coordinate and supervise vertical construction activities performed by subcontractors and vendors on multiple projects in the region. The role reports to the Area Construction Manager and partners with the project team to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of high-quality product.

Key duties include managing subcontractor performance, coordinating inspections, developing schedules, monitoring safety, and maintaining project documentation to support QA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing high-volume single-family homebuilding construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, codes, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs vertical construction subcontractors and vendors.
• Schedules inspections with officials and manages testing.
• Creates and maintains project schedules and communicates progress to the team.
