Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years CM experience on govt/industrial projects.
• Procore PM software experience.
• Experience tracking RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate a 168,000-sf facility with multiple contractors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project’s primary Construction Manager ensuring safety and contract compliance.
• Guide and oversee construction phases per contract documents.
• Develop understanding of end-user goals and coordinate with the team.
• Coordinate submittal reviews, RFIs, and meetings.
• Monitor project schedule, cost control, and quality with contractors.
