Job summary

APSI Construction Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Manager for the USPS Fargo ASF Modernization project in West Fargo, ND.

The CM will oversee field activity, coordinate multiple contractors, and ensure safety and contract compliance on a 168,000-sf facility during fit-out and modernization. Requires 5–7 years CM experience (govt/industrial preferred), Procore proficiency, and strong communication for minutes, agendas, RFIs, and submittals.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of CM experience, preferably govt/industrial.
• Procore PM software experience required.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes and documentation.
• Experience supervising multiple contractors and coordinating field activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate submittal reviews and manage the submittal process.
• Monitor project budget and administer change orders.
• Maintain project schedules and track progress.
• Lead weekly project meetings and minutes.
• Coordinate with multiple contractors for equipment installation.
