Bowman Consulting is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead projects in Lacey or Seattle, WA. You will coordinate with design and construction teams, manage budgets, schedules, and risks to deliver quality infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, or equivalent with 5+ years’ related experience.
• Professional Engineering license required.
• 15+ years in civil construction projects with 5+ years supervisory experience; plus CM/consulting experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate work plans with clients, administer construction contract terms, resolve field issues, and provide management system reporting.
• Assist with marketing the firm’s capabilities to win new clients and strengthen existing relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet project requirements.
• Oversee budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling; coordinate with engineers and design professionals.
• Direct construction team efforts, monitor development, and manage risk and costs.
