Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure blueprints, takeoffs are accurate and variances to budgets are managed.
• Coordinate supply and trade issues with the purchasing department.
• Maintain builder partnerships: ensure quality standards and monitor communication with sales orders to maximize closings and customer satisfaction.
• Review and approve sub-contractor purchase orders.
• Conduct weekly individual planned encounters with team members.
