Job summary

• 7+ years of construction project management in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or commercial environments.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and forecasting experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple concurrent projects from pre-construction to closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of construction projects including pre-construction, bidding, permitting, construction, turnover, and closeout.
• Develop, manage, and forecast construction budgets and timelines.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.
• Support the Northeast region (New England, Northeast Ohio, New York State, Pennsylvania) with a preference for Cleveland area, Upstate NY, or Connecticut.
