Starbucks Coffee Company is recruiting a Construction Manager for the Northeast region to lead all phases of new coffeehouse development. The role partners closely with Real Estate, Design, Operations, Planning, and delivery teams to ensure projects are on schedule, within budget, and meet Starbucks standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field preferred
  • 7+ years of construction project management experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or commercial environments
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent construction projects
  • 5+ years of general contractor management and construction bidding experience
  • 5+ years of experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and capital planning
  • 5+ years of permitting, entitlement, and jurisdictional coordination
  • 5+ years of new store development and/or renovation project delivery experience
  • 5+ years of cross-functional project leadership experience
  • Previous experience in QSR highly preferred

  • Manage all phases of construction projects including pre-construction, bidding, permitting, construction, turnover, and closeout
  • Develop, manage, and forecast construction budgets and manage construction timelines
  • Conduct site visits and construction inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance
  • Support the Northeast territory including: New England, Northeast Ohio, New York State (excluding NYC), and Pennsylvania (excluding Philadelphia)
