Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects in New Jersey seeks a seasoned Construction Manager to lead field operations on marquee projects. You will coordinate with Owner consultants, governing agencies, and the design-builder, maintaining on-site presence during construction hours and ensuring safety and quality.

The role requires 6+ years of construction management experience, a civil engineering or construction management background, and proficiency with Procore, PlanGrid, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in construction management processes.
• Experience with construction means, methods, and project software.
• OSHA 30 Hour Safety Training.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and interact with the full project team on site.
• Maintain regular on-site presence during construction hours.
• Identify safety concerns and elevate them to the contractor and Accenture staff.
• Review drawings, specifications, general conditions and submittals; verify materials and equipment.
• Attend inspections and coordinate third‑party testing and inspections.
• Monitor CPM schedules and track progress and milestones.
• Document daily logs and punch lists; manage closeout activities.
