Job summary

Tri Pointe Homes Colorado is seeking an experienced Construction Manager near Longmont to lead homebuilding operations across designated communities. The role focuses on managing trade partners, schedules, safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant construction experience or education.
• Strong knowledge of home construction.
• Ability to read and implement architectural/structural blueprints.
• Knowledge of building codes and scope of work.
• Proficiency with BuildPro software; MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage trade partners and contracts, approve changes and payments.
• Ensure onsite safety and enforce safety actions as needed.
• Schedule construction activities, deliveries and inspections.
• Plan starts and adjust schedules to meet goals.
• Manage the home-building process from permitting to delivery and warranty.
• Ensure compliance with codes, quality, SWPPP, health and safety.
• Represent company on job site with partners and inspectors.
