Qualifications

• Seven years of progressively responsible experience managing and coordinating large construction projects.
• Ability to manage public sector construction programs and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management principles and construction industry practices.
• Ability to speak and write effectively and analyze complex data.

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates, and monitors all construction phases and activities of the projects.
• Monitors contractor performance and ensures quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates with design firms, FAA, VDOT, WMATA, and other agencies as required.
• Reviews progress reports, shop drawings, and closeout documentation.
