Job summary

Traffic Planning and Design, Inc. is actively seeking Construction Inspector Supervisors and Managers to join our team in Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of construction inspection experience and a strong work ethic, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (not required), and preferred certifications such as ACI, NECEPT or PennDOT concrete, or NICET II–IV.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of construction inspection experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering not required but preferred.
• ACI, NECEPT or PennDOT concrete certifications preferred.
• NICET Certification II–IV preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily inspection of construction work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Supervise inspection teams.
• Approve on-site observations and progress reports.
• Measure and record quantities for payment.
• Prepare as-built drawings.
• Serve as on-site project representative.
