Job summary

TPD in Lancaster is seeking dynamic Construction Inspector Supervisors and Managers with a minimum of 5 years in civil construction inspection. The role focuses on daily on-site inspection across roadway, structural, ADA, and traffic signal elements, with leadership of inspection teams and on-site project representation.

Preferred candidates hold ACI/NECEPT or PennDOT concrete certifications and NICET II–IV; excellent communication and strong multi-project management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily inspection of construction work to ensure compliance with plans and specs across roadway, drainage, paving and related disciplines.
• Supervise inspection teams and approve on-site observations and progress reports.
• Measure quantities for payment and prepare as-built drawings.
• Serve as on-site project representative.
