Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (not required).
• At least one of the following certifications is preferred: ACI, NECEPT or PennDOT concrete.
• NICET Certification: II–IV is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily inspection of construction work to ensure compliance with plans and specs (roadway earthwork, drainage, paving; foundations, decks; ADA ramps and sidewalks; traffic signals).
• Supervise Inspection Teams.
• Approve on-site observations in daily reports and other required reports.
• Measure and record quantities for payment.
• Prepare as-built drawings.
• Serve as on-site project representative.
