Qualifications

• Prior experience in concrete and as a construction foreperson is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work efforts to ensure safety and quality.
• Build relationships with contractors and subcontractors.
• Ensure project has adequate crew members and resources.
• Read and understand plans for the project.
• Report progress to the Superintendent.
• Lift objects weighing 60+ pounds.
• Assist crew members as needed.
