Job summary

RAM Construction Services is seeking a DOT Foreman to support revitalization and construction projects. The role will involve coordinating crews, reading blueprints, and ensuring safety and quality.

Travel may be required for up to four weeks at a time, with per diem and other incentives. Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a foreperson, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license; CDL A is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years experience as a foreperson.
• Experience with concrete and coatings is required.
• Valid driver's license; CDL A is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work efforts to ensure safety and quality on projects.
• Ensure adequate crew and resources are available.
• Read and communicate blueprint plans and specs to team.
• Report progress to the Superintendent and follow schedules.
