Job summary

Serpe-co in Florida seeks an experienced Project Foreman to lead residential and commercial construction crews in the field. You will supervise daily activities, read plans, coordinate tasks, and ensure safety and quality on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of construction experience, prior foreman or supervisor duties, and bilingual English/Spanish, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of construction experience.
• Prior foreman, lead, or supervisor experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Professional attitude with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily construction crew activities.
• Assign tasks and ensure work meets quality standards.
• Hands-on work as needed: forming, pouring concrete, stucco, painting, demolition.
• Read and follow project plans and schedules.
• Communicate clearly with crew, clients, and vendors.
• Train and mentor crew members when needed.
• Address site issues and resolve conflicts calmly.
• Ensure site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with standards.
• Report progress and material needs to management.
