Serpe-co seeks an experienced Project Foreman to lead crews on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, bilingual, and skilled at coordinating activities and delivering quality work on schedule.

The role requires field leadership, clear communication with team members, clients, and vendors, and maintaining a safe, productive job site. Dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience leading construction crews and coordinating job sites.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred for on-site communication.
• Strong communication and listening skills required.
• Ability to train and mentor crew members.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of construction crews.
• Assign tasks and ensure work is completed safely and to quality standards.
• Perform hands-on work as needed: forming/pouring concrete, stucco, painting, demolition.
• Read and follow project plans, schedules, and instructions.
• Communicate clearly with clients and vendors; address issues promptly.
