Ideal candidates have five years of commercial plumbing experience, strong customer service, and a valid Florida driver license. Journeyman license is preferred but not required; drug tests and background checks are standard.

Qualifications

• Five years of commercial plumbing experience directing installation, repair, and equipment use.
• Ability to supervise crews and manage productivity and safety on site.
• Must pass drug testing, background checks, and have a clean driving record.
• Florida driver's license and GED/HS diploma required or preferred license.

Responsibilities

• Interpret job specs, blueprints, and orders for supervision needs.
• Estimate labor requirements and maximize job cost to meet estimates.
• Monitor labor status, productivity, and ensure job schedule deadlines.
• Ensure safety guidelines and CES policies are followed.
• Complete daily reports, timesheets, purchase orders, and related docs.
• Forecast labor needs by reviewing project schedules to completion.
