Job summary

River Cities Builders Petroleum Services is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead and manage on-site operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective progress on projects. The role requires strong leadership, adherence to safety standards, and effective communication with management and customers.

The candidate will oversee crew activities, plan daily tasks, and ensure compliance with plans, regulations, and codes while maintaining accurate site records and driving project success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in piping and products experience REQUIRED.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to safely operate a construction truck.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and run the project on site and plan for tomorrow.
• Supervise daily crew activities and maintain safety standards.
• Communicate requirements to Installation Manager and customer onsite representative.
• Ensure adherence to plans, environmental regulations and building codes.
• Keep accurate daily records of tests, inspections, progress and schedule impacts.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce mandatory safety rules.
• Maintain vehicle readiness and adherence to company maintenance policies.
