Qualifications

• Leadership: lead, inspire, and manage teams with safety and quality focus.
• Communication: clear verbal and written communication to diverse teams.
• Problem-solving: address on-site issues independently with good judgment.
• Attention to detail: monitor safety and workmanship to ensure standards.
• Physical: capable of outdoor work in all weather and demanding conditions.
• License: valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timelines and specs are met.
• Allocate labor, materials, and equipment to maintain productivity.
• Direct on-site personnel, subcontractors, and consultants for alignment with goals.
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and clients maintaining a clear timeline.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce health and safety regulations.
• Provide daily progress updates to the Project Manager.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and adjust as needed for excellence.
• Identify and troubleshoot site issues to minimize delays.
• Keep accurate records of schedules, safety checks, and resources.
