Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction crews, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop and manage work schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project progression.
• Monitor project expenditures, assist in budget preparation, and implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality.
• Ensure all work meets company and industry standards, conducting regular quality checks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between field operations and project management, providing regular updates on project status.
• Mentor and train crew members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
• Understand broad and general construction practices; review and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Log work hours for team members and equipment daily using the company's job costing app.
• Submit purchase receipts via the job costing app daily.
• Maintain and care for company equipment, including trucks, small tools, forms, and other equipment.
• Utilize Procore and email.
