A leading utility construction company is seeking an Underground Telecom Foreman in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. As a Telecom Foreman, you will lead field crews and ensure project goals are met safely and efficiently. Qualifications

• Experience working from blueprints and specifications.
• Experience in conduit placement, fiber placement, and cable pulling.
• Experience successfully leading crews of 4 to 5 Teammates.
• Operating experience with a directional drill and backhoe.

Responsibilities

• Leads crews on various size projects.
• Ensures accuracy of timesheets and expense reports.
• Monitors Quality Assurance to meet specifications.
• Reports, coordinates, and supervises project aspects.
