You will oversee accounting functions, budgets, and compliance across sites, driving cost management and project financial success. The role requires strong knowledge of construction management software such as Primavera P6, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, ProCore and Bluebeam, plus proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite.

• Understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, contracts, and blueprint reading.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all financial aspects of construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.
• Manage project schedules using Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and other project management software to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to develop accurate construction estimates utilizing HeavyBid, Bluebeam, ProCore, and Civil 3D.
• Ensure compliance with construction regulations and safety standards across all sites while reviewing construction plans and contracts.
• Lead the development and monitoring of project budgets, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and financial efficiency.
• Supervise accounting staff and manage team workflows related to construction project accounting and reporting.
• Collaborate on blueprint reading, contract negotiations, and construction schedule coordination to support successful project delivery.
• Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions, change orders, and project documentation for audit readiness.
• Monitor construction site activities to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and safety protocols while managing project timelines effectively.
• Provide leadership in managing complex infrastructure projects from inception through completion, ensuring seamless project coordination.
