Job summary

Bobby Taylor Painting is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial painting projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, client communications, and subcontractors to deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience in painting or coatings, strong leadership and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in driving profitability and safety on site. Acworth, GA-based role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction, painting, coatings, or related trades.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from award through completion.
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate project handoffs and kickoff meetings with estimating and field teams.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively.
• Ensure projects meet company quality standards and client expectations.
• Manage scope changes and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
