Landmark Construction is looking for a Construction Estimator in Rocklin, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years estimating experience, particularly in public school construction, and should be able to lead competitive bid pursuits on projects valued up to $15M. Responsibilities include preparing accurate takeoffs, leading subcontractor solicitation, and conducting project constructability reviews. Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years estimating experience, preferably in public school construction.
• Ability to lead a lump sum competitive bid pursuit.
• Ability to perform all estimating and bidding functions on projects up to $15M.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Preconstruction team to develop conceptual, budget and GMP estimates.
• Prepare accurate quality takeoffs, material and equipment pricing.
• Lead subcontractor solicitation efforts and conduct job walks.
• Complete analysis of competitive subcontractor proposals.
• Conduct thorough project constructability reviews.
