Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years in the Civil Engineering field with public and private works experience.
Minimum of 3 years in Civil Engineering including roads, bridges, and subdivisions.
Bachelors Degree (BA) or equivalent from a four-year college or university.
Responsibilities
Estimate and manage complex projects, both public and private.
Schedule quantity takeoffs and prepare estimates with accurate detail.
Consult with clients, architects, and subcontractors for estimates.

Excellent communication skills
Proven leadership qualities
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
