Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years construction experience, preferably public school construction.
• You can decipher and interpret detailed technical specifications.
• Experience in long-lead procurement and project scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Build project documentation including submittal and closeout.
• Manage long lead delivery of materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with team members both in-office and on the job site.
