Arbor Homes is seeking a Construction Builder in Dayton, OH to oversee the entire home building process, supervise trade partners, and ensure quality construction to meet cycle times. You will manage customer relationships and address concerns with professionalism.

The role offers base salary plus uncapped bonus opportunities, advancement potential, exposure to executives, and a chance to work with the largest new home builders. PTO and benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and supervise trade partners using project schedules and scopes of work.
• Oversee construction, inspection and scheduling to meet cycle time.
• Authorize trade payments upon verification of work and compliance with plans.
