Arbor Homes in Worthington, Ohio, is seeking an Assistant Builder to support the quality construction of homes. You will assist in the construction process and develop into a Construction Builder while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience.
• Strong time management & organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using phone applications, Word, and Excel.
• Current Driver's License and good driving record.
• Valid auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Focus on training and supervision of trade partners.
• Oversee construction, inspection, and scheduling.
• Ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Deliver a Zero Punch List home.
• Maintain community appearance and communicate effectively.
• Provide feedback on trade partner performance.
• Approve trade partner POs upon satisfactory completion.
• Walk assigned homes twice a day.
• Ensure job site cleanliness and compliance.
• Attend construction meetings and training classes.
