Job summary

Southern California Edison is seeking a Manager of Construction Advisors to lead a team delivering owner-side construction oversight for hydro, dam rehab, gas turbines, and storage facilities. You will shape standards, build the operating model, and drive safe, on-time project delivery across a diverse capital portfolio.

Qualifications

Five+ years in construction project management or oversight roles.
Valid Class C Driver's License.
Degree in engineering, construction management, or related field; professional credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee major construction projects with direct supervision and budget alignment.
Guide constructability reviews, logistics planning, and productivity analysis.
Implement standardized project controls including cost estimating and scheduling.
Monitor delivery schedules, performance metrics, and corrective actions.
Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to meet milestones.
Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across projects.
Support risk management, contract actions, and turnover processes.
