Şişecam seeks a Consolidation Manager for its U.S. corporate office in Atlanta to oversee financial consolidation processes and intercompany accounting across multiple entities. You will ensure U.S. GAAP and IFRS compliance, partner with accounting leadership, and drive process improvements.

The role requires extensive consolidation experience, strong technical accounting skills, and collaboration with auditors and cross-functional teams. Hybrid work schedule with onsite and remote options.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; active CPA strongly preferred.
• Minimum of eight to ten years of progressive accounting experience with significant consolidation/technical accounting.
• Experience managing monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation across multiple legal entities.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP; IFRS familiarity and multinational reporting environments a plus.
• Experience preparing consolidated financial statements, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes across multiple legal entities.
• Prepare and review consolidation entries, intercompany eliminations, and foreign currency translation adjustments.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of consolidated financial information and reporting deliverables.
• Prepare and analyze consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate financial reporting submissions from business units and legal entities to support close and reporting deadlines.
• Prepare and support executive management reporting packages, financial analyses, and reporting deliverables.
• Maintain consolidation workpapers and documentation in accordance with policies and audit requirements.
• Support compliance with monthly, quarterly, and annual U.S. GAAP and IFRS reporting requirements.
