Job summary

Walmart seeks a Senior Manager to lead the Connected Home product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and post-launch optimization. You will drive strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and market research to deliver innovative hardware that strengthens customer loyalty.

Based in Bentonville, AR, this role oversees multi-disciplinary teams and partners with Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure on-time delivery and competitive products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field with 4 years’ experience.
• Or 6 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end product development process aligned with strategies and market demands.
• Manage cross-functional teams to drive development and lifecycle management.
• Develop product strategies based on market research and competitive analysis.
• Oversee project management to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance and optimize profitability.
