Job summary

Peraton in Maryland is seeking an experienced Configuration Manager to lead hardware and software CM activities across programs. You will implement version control policies, manage CM items with MadForge and Eclipse, and ensure build/test environments are properly maintained and integrated.

The role requires a TS/SCI with poly and at least six years of CM experience, with a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent substitution). A strong bonus plan and substantial PTO are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years of experience as a Configuration Manager in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline is required; four (4) additional years may substitute for the degree.
• An active TS/SCI with a polygraph is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing hardware and software version control processes, policies, and procedures.
• Utilize configuration management tools to store, track, and manage configuration items.
• Document hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures.
• Implement hardware and software configuration management processes and procedures.
• Support environments for hardware and software product build, staging, testing, and integration.
• Define and implement CM processes, including product build scripts integration.
• Maintain CM environment for build, staging, testing, and integration.
• Develop and enforce hardware and software version control processes across projects.
• Apply CM principles to define and implement processes, including script integration.
• Advise or be a non-voting member of the Government Change Control Board (CCB).
