Job summary

Brix Paving Northwest, Inc. is seeking an experienced Concrete Superintendent to lead our concrete construction operations in the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas.

This leadership role oversees daily activities, coordinates crews, equipment, subcontractors, and project schedules to ensure safety, efficiency and high quality results. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience on municipal and public works projects including curb and gutter, sidewalks, ADA ramps, driveways, and other

Qualifications

• 5+ years in concrete construction or related civil projects.
• Supervisory experience as a superintendent or foreman.
• Ability to read plans, specs, and grade elevations.
• Experience with municipal and public works practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily concrete construction activities and public/private works.
• Lead crews, foremen, subcontractors, and equipment resources to meet schedules.
• Review project plans, specs, and elevations for execution.
• Maintain safety and quality control on site per OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and suppliers to ensure progress.
• Mentor field leaders and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
