Qualifications

7+ years of concrete construction experience with supervisory roles.
Ability to read construction documents and manage layouts.
Proven track record of coordinating multi-crew projects and subcontractors.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel and work long hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

Manage on-site concrete activities including layout, forming, placement, finishing, and curing.
Supervise foremen, laborers and finishers with clear communication and direction.
Coordinate manpower, equipment and materials for maximum productivity.
Read and interpret blueprints and structural drawings.
Enforce OSHA safety compliance and company standards.
Conduct daily site walks and maintain field reports.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors.
Oversee quality control to meet project and industry standards.
Track production metrics, labor hours and material usage for cost control.
Lead by example with accountability and craftsmanship.
