Job summary

BROTHERS Pro-Pave LLC is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman in Florida to lead and manage concrete crews on construction sites. You will oversee daily operations, ensure safety, and uphold high quality standards while reading blueprints and site plans.

The role requires hands-on concrete experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate tasks, materials, and inspections to prevent delays. Travel may be required for out-of-area projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on concrete experience with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and interpret construction documents.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel overnight for projects outside the local area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise concrete crew members, including finishers and laborers.
• Coordinate daily tasks and assign work based on project needs.
• Ensure proper placement, leveling, finishing, and curing of concrete.
• Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications.
• Maintain safety protocols and enforce OSHA standards on site.
• Oversee materials, equipment, and inspections to avoid delays.
• Monitor progress and report status to Superintendent or PM.
• Develop hourly personnel to meet performance requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
