Liberty is seeking a seasoned Concrete Superintendent to oversee day-to-day concrete operations on assigned projects in our Dallas region. You will ensure quality workmanship, safety compliance, and schedule adherence, collaborating with the General or Sr.

Superintendent and field crews to deliver concrete installations. The role requires hands-on supervision of finishers, laborers, and equipment operators, with emphasis on reading drawings, coordinating materials, tracking progress, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in concrete construction, including vertical and structural work.
• Strong understanding of concrete techniques and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred; First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise concrete crews, including finishers, laborers, and equipment operators.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent on plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Track daily production and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Lead safety checks, toolbox talks, and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Complete daily reports and maintain accurate site documentation.
