Clark Construction Group seeks a Superintendent to lead field operations on key commercial projects in McLean, VA. You will oversee self-performed and contracted work, ensuring schedule adherence, quality, and safety across the team.

You will guide planning, sequencing, site logistics, and KPI tracking while mentoring staff and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. Flexibility for extended hours is expected during critical phases.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Experience building high-rise residential, mixed-use, or higher education projects from start to finish.
• 2+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• In-depth knowledge of scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and personnel.
• Working knowledge of safety regulations (OSHA).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee timely and quality installation of contracted work for a project or scope.
• Foster safety and quality culture among Clark employees and trade contractors and conduct safety inspections.
• Create and manage plans to sequence work, manage site logistics, and track materials and personnel.
• Maintain high quality of work aligned with project and company standards.
• Develop, communicate, and manage the project schedule with milestones.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to build a high-performing team.
• Build strong relationships with project stakeholders and represent the company professionally.
• Understand owner contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements.
• Participate in KPI tracking, close-out activities, and training for building operations.
