Qualifications

• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site activities across multiple crews to meet schedule.
• Schedule subcontractors and equipment to critical path.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and budget compliance.
• Maintain daily jobsite logs and attend pre-construction meetings.
• Manage subcontractor performance and non-compliance notices.
