Job summary

Landmark Aquatic is seeking a Construction/Renovation Superintendent to coordinate on-site activities for commercial pool projects. You will manage subcontractors, self-perform crews, and ensure work aligns with specifications, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities include safety oversight, material coordination, and daily logging, with frequent site visits. Must travel to job sites as assigned and maintain high-quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience reading plans and specifications.
• Endurance to visit full job site, incl. stairs/elevated structures.
• Strong safety oversight of jobsite health and environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors, material, equipment on site.
• Lead self-perform crews including carpenters, plumbers, laborers.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
• Maintain daily jobsite log and attend coordination meetings.
• Identify and resolve conflicts in progress and scope.
